The Park Home
A targeted energy retrofit project involving the installation of external wall insulation (EWI) to improve the thermal performance of an existing residential park home.
The scheme focuses on upgrading the building fabric to reduce heat loss, lower energy consumption, and enhance occupant comfort while extending the life of the property.
Through strategic insulation design and building envelope improvements, the project successfully increased the property’s Energy Performance Certificate rating from EPC E to EPC D, delivering measurable efficiency gains.
